Pieczone ziemniaki


6 dużych ziemniaków
pęczek koperki
1 cebula
łyżka masła
50-80 ml mleka
kilka ziarenek kminku
sól, pieprz


  1. Ziemniaki umyć i całe ugotować w osolonej wodzie z kilkoma ziarenkami kminku.
  2. Po wystudzeniu przekroić na pół i wydrążyć łyżeczką. Masę wymieszać z posiekanym koperkiem i podsmażoną na maśle drobno pokrojoną cebulą. Przyprawić w razie potrzeby do smaku solą i pieprzem. Wlać mleko i dokładnie wymieszać. 
  3. Nadzienie umieścić w wydrążonych połówkach ziemniaków i zapiec ok 10 min w nagrzanym do 190 st C piekarniku...
